Recipes#3

   Writing  A few recpies from  my mom.
My mom's recipe ,for (chow chow),or as my brother calls it.(hard luck stew.)corn,cabbage,peppers,carrots,beans,salt.pepper,tomatoes juice,butter, and winners.. and a small amount of water for cooking but not enough to lessen the taste of the tomatoe juice..add your favorite  spices to the ingredients above. in a large pot.combine all  ingredients. bring  to a boil. put on  medum heat simmer for 1 hour and haft to two hours.. slow cooker would work find while yu are at work..or away..great for  canning too...

             Hamburger sour cream  wrapps.

3 lbs hamburger 1 tub of sour cream 4 large  flat bread, soft butter, 1 large  onions chopped and parashion cheese in a large skillet  combine  all ingredients .except the flat bread.. fry until  done but not brown.. in a large  bisket pan or cookie sheet.  lightly oil butter the best very light.. take the  flat bread and on the out side butter it remember not on the inside of the bread.. lay on butter side in pan one at a time.. fill with  hamburger ingredients . wrap it together and turn on  back side . after all four are wrapped up.. bake in even 30 to 35 mins  keeping an eye on them..  enjoy

                      potatoes wadges

 pre heat evan...to 400...6 larges potatoes,1 pack of oinion lipton soup, butter  and pepper in a large baking pan. spread the butter on bottom of pan.cut the potatoes into wedges. put the onion lipton soup  dry of course. in on top of the butter.. sprinkle some peper and garlic power onn the bottom  lightly.. put potatoes in pan on top of  the other ingredients.sprinkle lightly with garlic  power and  pepper. put in the over 35 to 40 mins. after  .turning a few times   from bottom to top to  spread the  ingredients  together.. but not hard to break the potatoe wedges.. ..very good..

                  Quick Meat Loaf 

3 lbs hamburger,1 pack lipton onion soup,  1 cup ketchup,2 eggs, 1 large onion, combine all ingredients . mixs well. then shape and put into meat loaf pan. bake about 1 hour on 350...
